APPLICATION PROCESS

How can I apply for a position with Halff?

Please submit an online application with Halff by navigating to the top of our website and clicking “Apply Now.” You may also visit our Careers page, scroll down and click on “View Opportunities” to access all open positions. You may browse the full list or use the search bar and filters to locate a specific role. Once you find a job you’re qualified for, select the posting to begin the application process.

Note: You must submit your application to a specific job to be considered for that job.

I see more than one position that I am interested in. Do I need to apply multiple times?

Yes. A separate application must be submitted for each job you wish to apply for.

What is the current status of my application?

After submitting an online application, you will receive a confirmation email. If your application is selected to move forward, a member of the HR team will contact you directly. Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to respond individually to all inquiries; however, all candidates will receive an email notification when their application status changes.

You only need to create one profile in our system (UKG). That profile can be used to apply to multiple opportunities, and you do not need to create a new profile for each application.

How do I update my application or contact information?

Once an application has been submitted, it cannot be edited. However, you may update your contact information by logging into your UKG profile and updating your personal details. Please note that updates made in UKG will not reflect on applications that have already been submitted.

I am experiencing technical difficulty applying for a job?

Where are Halff opportunities located?

Halff currently offers opportunities across seven states: Texas, Florida, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Georgia and Arizona. Positions are available in multiple cities within each state.

Can I search for all job opportunities without specifying any search criteria?

Yes, at Halff we make it easy! You have the flexibility to view all our jobs or to filter jobs by title, state and city.

I am qualified for the position I applied for, so why wasn’t I contacted?

Fortunately, we receive many great candidates wanting to join our Halff team, and applications are screened for the most qualified candidates to proceed to the next step in the process. Due to the large volume of applications, we regret we are unable to personally respond to all applicants. A Halff representative will contact you directly via email or telephone if you are selected for an interview or if additional information is needed. All candidates will receive an e-mail when their status changes.

At what age can I be hired at Halff?

A person must be at least 18 years of age to be employed at Halff.

What are the requirements for employment at Halff?

In addition to the basic qualifications on the job posting, Halff is committed to a safe and friendly work environment, so a drug and background check will be required before joining our team.

Does Halff sponsor work visas?

Halff does not provide employment visa sponsorship. If you currently require, or may require in the future, visa sponsorship (such as H-1B or similar) to work legally in the United States, you are not eligible for employment with Halff.
